CCI is looking for a motivated Project Engineer/Project Manager (PE) to join our Traffic/Transportation Engineering team. This person will serve as a Project Engineer and/or Project Manager on transportation engineering projects that may include roadway design, multimodal design, traffic design, transportation planning, and traffic operations and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the engineer of record on transportation engineering projects.
- Management of transportation engineering projects.
- Preparation of scopes of work and project budgets.
- Mentorship of a team of engineers/designers.
- Client interfacing/coordination.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of experience working on transportation engineering projects.
- P.E. registration in Tennessee, or the ability to obtain within one (1) year.
- Proficiency in MicroStation or Open Roads Designer.
- Work onsite in our Knoxville office.
- Experience in managing transportation engineering projects.
- Experience in preparing scopes of work and budgets.
Salary : $1,200
