Join Our Team as a Billing Review Specialist
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Billing Review Specialist to join our Accounting team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes while providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
As a Billing Review Specialist, you will work under the supervision of the Accounting Supervisor to verify, scan, and maintain customer invoices while delivering excellent customer support. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-transaction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing:
• Prepare and scan customer delivery route paperwork into the Produce Pro system.
• Verify delivery adjustments and maintain daily billing accuracy reports.
• Organize customer invoice records to support audits and resolve billing discrepancies with the sales and dispatch teams.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to customer requests via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
• Preferred 2 years in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Strong 10-key accuracy and proficiency with Google Suite and Adobe tools.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
