Our client, a top venture capital firm is actively searching for a workplace coordinator to support their San Francisco Office. In this role the candidate will be tasked to provide basic executive support experience via calendaring, expense reporting, and light travel coordination for team members as needed.
Salary : $90-100k base
Responsibilities :
- Greet and direct incoming guests, employees and clients, acting as the first point of contact
- Act as the main liaison for third-party facilities, building management, IT, and maintenance needs or repairs
- Managing conference room calendaring and supporting the office team members with their conference room reservation requests. Maintain the conference rooms as well
- Receiving, sorting, distributing, and mailing correspondence and packages
- Supporting the coordination of periodic team lunches, happy hours, and other internal and external events
- Oversee inventory for office and kitchen supplies; ensure the office is fully stocked at all times
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of all common areas
- Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as required
- Collaborating on projects with other EAs both locally, and globally, as required
