Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that cater to diverse global workforces and adhere to regional regulations.
• Serve as a central point of contact for international teams, providing guidance on employee matters, investigating concerns, and overseeing exit procedures.
• Monitor and stay abreast of changing employment laws and regulations, guaranteeing Carenet Health maintains compliance in all operational countries.
• Design and manage safety and wellness programs tailored to the specific needs of global teams, promoting well-being and productivity across regions.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a deep understanding of employment law and best practices in the US, Caribbean, and Philippines.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to resolve complex issues sensitively and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement.
