ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ability to maintain the schedule for our active clients.
• Fill open schedules two weeks in advance.
• Actively track and monitor employee’s schedules and availability time.
• Troubleshoot and solve scheduling conflicts.
• Empathic listener and persuasive speaker.
2. Ability to work closely with others.
• Must be able to communicate well with others.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
3. Assist in managing the organization’s budget.
• Prepares and oversees weekly and monthly payroll accounts.
• Review employee payroll records, update and maintain payroll online systems
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
4. Ability to maintain and oversee office day-to-day operations
• Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Responsible for preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents in a timely manner,
using Microsoft office and other required databases (sources)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-High school graduation or GED required.
-Two-year customer service experience in a private in-home care setting or an institutional setting.
-Two-year scheduling experience in a private in-home care setting or an institutional setting.
-Ability to analyze the open schedules and employees’ availability and restructure as needed.
-Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
-Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.
-Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
-Participates in professional meetings when directed.
-A criminal history check should be conducted prior to being offered work with this agency.
-Ability to work closely supervised to ensure competence with scheduling.
-Ability to multitask responsibilities and prioritize while keeping everything running smoothly.
-Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced work environment
- Communicate effectively with teammates, owners, clients, and vendors
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office software
- Experience in team management is a plus
- Must be creative, and flexible towards learning new task

-Must adhere to assigned and agreed to work schedule.
-Must maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
-Must be able to be on-call after hours (hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through
Friday) and work on the weekends as needed.
