What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Executive Assistant position at Carolina Software As A Service, Inc.?
1st -- Let me tell you what I am not looking for (Someone to manage my calendar. Answer phones and track my travel itinerary). Also, I will not consider a Virtual Assistant.
What I do need :
1) Someone who is dedicated to helping me grow all my business endeavors
2) Someone who is ready and willing to be helpful in ANY Capacity -- in any of the business ventures (Whether that be helping with Marketing, Office Admin Duties, Accounting and Financial Strategies, and all facets of supporting a software services company and a fully functioning Farm, Ranch and Winery)
3) The job is Full Time. And I prefer someone who is “All-In” and can be here for a while. Starting Pay is $35-$40K and you will be rewarded as you help contribute to Increasing revenues
4) Candidate should be willing and able to travel, assist with sales and networking events and regularly be open to working during and outside of Business hours and sometimes on weekends
5) I am an old school entrepreneur. I want someone who can be my right hand
6) Our preferred candidate has much work experience and/or advanced degrees (any field of study)
7) My ideal candidate (s) Should be capable of running either of the companies for 30 days within 1 year of being here
