Our Alterations division at Castle Couture is looking for star team players and leaders to run the division. No phone calls please. Our most successful team leaders are self-motivated professionals with an upbeat, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work efficiently in a high volume and fast paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker, problem solver with a professional attitude who provides exceptional customer service to all customers. You must have a passion for working with brides, guests and prom girls to make their day truly special.
Requirements:
Availability to work weekends at weekdays
Must be able to work in a fast paced/ high speed environment
Ability to be on your feet all day
Must be able to dress/ undress clients
Must be able to multi-task
Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
Must be willing to actively engage with customers
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday.
