What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partnership Coordinator, CBS Philadelphia (KYW) position at CBS Television Stations?
The Partnerships Coordinator reports to the VP of Marketing with a dotted line to the Sales Manager and is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales marketing strategy and innovative multi-platform marketing solutions that amplify messaging and drive advertising revenue for CBS Philadelphia. Responsibilities
Work side by side with key leaders to create and implement marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and promotions that drive revenue
Create marketing materials and sales collateral for station sponsorships, tentpole events, and customized client campaigns
Assist in fulfilling sponsorships and partnerships including but not limited to off-the-shelf sponsorships; customized solutions; custom content production; sweepstakes; and onsite station events
Monitor the execution of campaigns to ensure all elements are delivered and communication with the clients is buttoned up and effective
Maintain and update sponsorship materials
Ensure customer satisfaction in pre and post service and create detailed campaign re-caps
Coordinate the commercial production workflows of our 9AM “lifestyle” segment/show that includes gathering elements from sales partners; scheduling projects; overseeing edits; and attending shoots as needed to ultimately get products on air in a timely fashion Qualifications
3 years of experience in Project Management or Client Relationship experience
Media/agency industry experience preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong project and portfolio management skills
Very thorough & passionate about finding solutions
Strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Power Point and Excel
College degree preferred.
