Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in CBTs Marketing initiatives. With a growth-mindset, you will work to develop, implement, and optimize ad and email campaigns and site integration to drive customer engagement and sales. This position requires an experienced Marketer with a strategic approach, attention to detail, and a comprehensive approach to web, online advertising, and email marketing. They are solution-driven, organized, foster inclusive collaboration and have exceptional people skills. They have a keen understanding of leveraging cross-channel media to create highly targeted marketing campaigns. They can oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, managing highly segmented audiences, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and approvals are achieved on time. This individual will have a testing mentality, constantly seeking to experiment, learn, and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
Digital Operations
- Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with Marketing team and execute email marketing campaigns integrating data from past campaigns to continually improve, supporting customer acquisition, retention, and growth objectives.
- Work with Marketing team to continuously monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance and ROI.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, email marketing, and digital marketing.
- Build and optimize landing pages, update content, and manage multimedia integration.

Develop and implement a SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings for relevant keywords (local SEO focus).
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
- Increase leads generated from Organic Search
Website
- Build and improve customer-facing web experience in collaboration with Marketing and IT
- Ensure the site is mobile-friendly, secure, and performs well across all devices.
- Increase conversions from website visitors
- Collaborate on ongoing content strategy to align with SEO goals, ensuring all content meets Googles quality standards.
- Identify link-building opportunities and work on partnerships to enhance domain authority.
- Perform regular technical audits of the website to identify and resolve issues like broken links, crawl errors, and site speed improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content.
- Coordinate with SBU leaders, Specialists, and IT to ensure products and associated data are represented and accurately displayed on site
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, This can be substituted with at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a focus web, digital advertising, and email marketing.
- HTML, CSS, and basic web development
- Relevant certificates like Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, and/or HubSpots Inbound Certification Course.
- Familiarity with marketing tech stack tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
- Ability to execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and web.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and paid social, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Mid to expert level capabilities and experience in HubSpot
- Proficient in analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
