Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager at CCM California Construction Management in Oceanside, CA. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of design projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in design management and leading design teams
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset to drive innovation in design projects
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- DSA experience is a must
