Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are stocked
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out reminders
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging logistics and preparing materials
- Provide support to various departments as needed, including project coordination and assistance with special projects
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical office or related field is a plus
