CBV is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve a variety of administrative, fundraising, and event coordination tasks, all aimed at ensuring smooth operations and supporting the continued growth of our community. Wage: $22/hr based on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembling mailings for direct mail campaigns
- Support fundraising development efforts by entering donations into donor management software, sending acknowledgement letters, managing donor mail lists, and preparing donor reports
- Assist with reservations, setup, and logistics for in-house and outside events such as luncheons, health fairs, professional and prospect events, classes, and entertainment.
- Provide pre-admission support for the sales team by performing background checks and insurance verifications on prospects for residency
- Prepare reports for Level of Care meeting.
- Maintain resident contact information in resident satisfaction survey platform
- Create and distribute promotional flyers and communications.
- Assist the Resident Experience Coordinator as needed to ensure new residents have a high-quality experience
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Comfortable using a variety of online technology platforms to perform duties
- Takes initiative to come up with solutions
