Position Summary
The Operations Training and Support Specialist is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of Centria's Behavior Technicians and maintaining client schedules in CareConnect. Additionally, this role will support ABA operational processes helping to ensure we maintain a workforce that can meet our current and future business objectives and deliver quality services that meet our client's needs.
Success Measures
Success measures include meeting all expected quality and training service delivery standards, adhering to Centria policies, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics such as schedule cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities
The below reflects the essential functions considered necessary for an Operations Training and Support Specialist and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the job or assigned by supervisory personnel. 1. Conduct training as needed; to include but not limited to CareConnect Mobile App, QBS Safety Care®, and facilitation associated with our Accelerated Onboarding (AOB) program. · Provide designated initial certification and re-certification courses following the QBS Safety Care® program guidelines. · Create a positive learning environment, clearly convey objectives, encourage and motivate attendees, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide actionable feedback. · Disseminate relevant information and materials to attendees and supply attendance and competency information to stakeholders. |
2. Manage CareConnect schedules. · Enter schedules in CareConnect for all new cases and update schedules as changes are made. · Monitor weekly schedules and delete unworked shifts each week. |
3. Provide operational process support as required by the Area Field Staff Director. |
4. Maintain compliance and acquire technical knowledge by completing required training and attending meetings. Adhere to Centria's established policies and procedures. |
Managerial Responsibility
The role of the Operations Training and Support Specialist acts as an individual contributor with no direct reports.
Key Fiscal Responsibilities
This role has no budgetary control or financial oversight.

Education
Associate/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience
- 1 years administrative or customer service experience in a related field
- Previous experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders, preferred
Other Requirements
QBS® Safety Care Trainer Certification, required
Related Training
Participate in ongoing training as required
Equipment and Technology Requirements
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of tablets/iPads
- Laptop
- G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
- ABA Platforms, preferred

Working Conditions
- Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
- Overtime is not a planned part of this role; if required, overtime must be pre-approved in writing by a direct leader.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
