Pavement Marking Laborer

$1,500.0 Hiring bonus paid over the course of the first 120 working days of employment.

We are the leader in the Fence & Pavement Marking industries in the Midwest seeking competent, ambitious, ethical personnel, who are willing to learn and grow for a lifetime. Can you work extended and weekend travel including out of town travel?

We offer a fast-paced environment in the shop where the employees work 37-44 weeks annually receiving benefits year round. Pay includes varying rates based on job, location and responsibilities as well as prevailing wages. We are seeking people to help us in the following roles:

· Train to obtain CDL and required endorsements

· Class A CDL or Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement is a plus

· Ability to work extended hours & weekends as needed

· Mechanical aptitude to include servicing equipment (minor repairs and preventative maintenance)

· Ability to work in a crew/team environment

· Certification for forklift certification provided

· Welding and equipment operation provided

· Capable of lifting/manipulating objects weighing 50 pounds on a regular basis

· Work with pavement marking crew striping roadway & construction projects

· Directs traffic control operations during road maintenance operations

· Punctuality and dependability are essential skills
