Payroll Implementation Director

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Payroll Implementation Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $65.00 to $85.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure payroll processes including pay components, tax setup, and time-tracking.
• Ensure payroll workflows are optimized and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor payroll integrations with third-party systems such as timekeeping, benefits, and tax systems.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including off-cycle, manual, and exception payments.
• Run payroll audits and generate reports to ensure payroll data integrity.
