- Ensure payroll workflows are optimized and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor payroll integrations with third-party systems such as timekeeping, benefits, and tax systems.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including off-cycle, manual, and exception payments.
- Run payroll audits and generate reports to ensure payroll data integrity.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client and team meetings.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll implementation or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects.
