- Monitor payroll integrations with third-party systems such as timekeeping, benefits, and tax systems.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including off-cycle, manual, and exception payments.
- Run payroll audits and generate reports to ensure payroll data integrity.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client and team meetings.
