Hourly pay rate: $22.27 - $31.80
Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Day Shift
YOUR ROLE
Summary: Moves product and material using several sources of manual or equipment operation. Verifies information, prepares orders and completes appropriate documents; typically involves more complex equipment, multiple cells or operations, and advanced or non-standard requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Responsible for a wide range of activities that drive exceptional customer experience.
- Facilitating customers shipping request and coordinating it throughout the CEVA organization.
- Accountable for customer and operational inquiries as well as optimizing the shipment process through policies, programs, and practices. Focus is with external and end customer contract.
- Providing a variety of services using entry to advanced level technical and support regarding operations, service questions and related customer service.
- Reviewing, completing, and processing various degrees of documents and databases regarding orders, shipments, and requests.
- Providing support researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve issues regarding fulfilment, planning, timing, status, and confirmation.
- Assisting in the review and implementation of customer service policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational, operations, and management needs.
- Assisting to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; receiving guidance and direction or escalates when required.
- Documents and maintains the customer requirements for handling in standard operating procedures and communicates them throughout the operational organization.
- Ensuring costing of services, profitability of shipment, within the timeframe consistent with company policy.
- Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- High School or secondary school, or equivalent education and experience if often accepted.
- Three to five years of related experience in Ocean services or operational area.
- Intermediate knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Analytical skills and good service orientation. Intermediate understanding of basic office software (MS, CRM, tracking and tracing logic).
