Objectives & Goals
- Foundation for Efficiency & Insight (systems)
- Be the company-wide point person for all things Salesforce—owning system management, user experience, data quality, and automation.
- Build tools that scale (operations)
- Design, build, and maintain efficient workflows, dashboards, and automations to reduce manual work and increase data-driven decision making.
- Drive strategic evolution (growth)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into Salesforce architecture, and implement thoughtful, scalable solutions that drive sales opportunities and revenue growth.
Expectations & Responsibilities
- Project Management
System Management Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for the company.
- Maintain Salesforce platform health: user management, permissions, roles, profiles, and licenses.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any Salesforce-related issues.
- Perform regular data integrity audits, deduplication, and backup procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company data governance policies and best practices.
Workflow & Automation Responsibilities
- Design and build custom workflows, automations, flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions using a combination of declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder) and integrations.
- Document processes and changes thoroughly for team understanding and training purposes.
- Regularly review and optimize existing processes and automations to reduce tech debt and improve performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Collaborate across departments to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce-based solutions.
- Act as a resource for department leaders and end users; educate and enable staff to effectively use the system.
- Develop and deliver training, onboarding, and enablement materials.
- Maintain a roadmap for Salesforce improvements aligned with business priorities.
Technical Leadership
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce-compatible tools, plugins, and integrations to enhance operations.
- Manage third-party integrations (e.g., marketing tools, reporting platforms, support systems).
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, functionality, and roadmap.
Other Responsibilities
- Support internal teams during CRM-related transitions or process changes.
- Assist with Salesforce report generation and data analysis for executive leadership.
- Help shape future Salesforce team structure, including potential future hires or support roles.
Salary Band: $85,000 - $110,000
Plus additional opportunities for performance based bonuses
