Job purpose
To process invoicing for roll offs, bin rentals, and frontload service.
Duties and responsibilities
Billing/Accounts Receivable
· Process, print, and mail invoicing daily for all roll off service.
· Process, print and mail invoicing weekly, monthly and bi monthly for frontload service.
· Process, print, and mail invoicing monthly, and bi monthly for bin rentals.
· Process, print, and mail invoicing for recyclables sold, but shipped by a third party carrier.
· Process print, and mail LEED contract billings.
· Process print, and mail equipment repair and maintenance invoices.
Cash/Collections
· Receive, open, and match all checks received against open receivables.
· Research and resolve discrepancies in check amounts and receivables.
· Prepare and deposit checks via the (RDC) Remote Deposit Capture accounting procedure.
· Process customer credit card payments daily.
· Track, research, and assist in resolving rejected materials and loads.
· Posts processed payments to customer receivable accounts and to cash receipts in accounting system.
· File checks per department and company guidelines for record retention purposes.
Reporting
· Query, create, and update various reports as assigned and requested.
Other
· Produce and send out select customer statements on a weekly, and or monthly basis.
· Produce and send out tonnage, and pull reports for various customers monthly.
· Maintain and update the master pricing spreadsheets for roll offs, bin rentals, and frontload service.
· Greets and directs walk in visitors, customers, and vendors.
· Prepares the mail with postage and bundling.
· Primary liaison for the postage machine, including supplies, adding needed postage, and other issues.
· Files customer invoices in proper customer billing files for reference as needed.
· Cross train and be a backup for other assigned accounting duties to assist with proper coverage from time to time.
· Be an active and productive team member of the accounting department and contribute to the departments goals.
Other tasks as requested and assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
The minimum qualifications required to successfully perform this job include:
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of general accounting experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Has high organizational skills to handle multiple sales information for invoicing.
- Has high computer literacy to use PC and billing systems
- Has a good command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Has above average interpersonal skills to work within a team environment
