Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in inside sales and direct sales techniques.
- Oversee account management activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and market positioning.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management review.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Existing client base/book of business.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and software tools that facilitate effective tracking of customer interactions.
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, with the ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution.
- Experience conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
