We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in inside sales and direct sales techniques.
  • Oversee account management activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and market positioning.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management review.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to enhance service delivery.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
  • Existing client base/book of business.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and software tools that facilitate effective tracking of customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sales, with the ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with business development practices and the ability to identify new market opportunities is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Overhead Crane Sales: 7 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Required)
