Full Job Description
The administrative assistant will be responsible for the daily flow and organization within the office. The administrative assistant should have some understanding of the mental health and behavioral health field.
Track Outpatient Therapy service plan 90 day review for all therapist at CLTS
Greet Clients
Set up remote therapy sessions via computer
Assist with client intake
Verify insurance of client's
Schedule appointments
Complete other clerical task
Other task as needed
