Outside Sales Representative

ChemStation of Iowa, located in Des Moines, is looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We’re seeing a motivated and results-driven person who would be responsible for selling new business accounts and servicing existing accounts within the 380 corridor, Cedar Rapids, and eastern Iowa area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. This is a salaried position with an excellent, comprehensive benefit package.

Prior selling experience is not necessary as we’ll train the right individual. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

· Generate leads through outbound cold calling and email campaigns

· Qualify prospects and identify their needs

· Present product information and pricing to potential customers

· Negotiate and close sales deals

· Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

· Prior outbound sales experience preferred, but not necessary

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to build rapport with customers

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
