You will work closely with administration in a partnership to serve the school community as we work towards academic and social emotional success. Key Responsibilities
Salary: In accordance with the Agreement Between Cheshire Board of Education and the Education Association of Cheshire. Team Leader Stipend $3,598.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Team Meetings: Lead regular team meetings aimed at keeping the focus on school and district goals, reinforcing coherent messaging and follow through of expectations, while encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members. Meetings will focus on supporting student needs and family engagement while also managing logistical operational aspects of the team and school needs. *
- Student and Family Engagement: Establish expectations that are clearly articulated to students and consistently reinforced to ensure student understanding and accountability. Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement and fostering strong partnerships with families. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for involving parents and caregivers in their child's education and creating a supportive learning environment both inside and outside the classroom. *
- Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Utilize data effectively to inform instructional practices and decision-making processes within the team. Help team members analyze assessment data - including social-emotional, behavior, SRBI, etc. to identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions to support student growth. When necessary, initiate meetings with Pupil Personnel and/or administration to support needs as they arise, including behavior, SRBI and special education referrals. *
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the core teacher team, school administration, and district leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals and priorities. Attend and contribute to monthly team leader meetings where you will collaborate with other team leaders and administration. Communicate with staff throughout other areas of the school to discuss any potential behavioral or work-related concerns with students.
