Cillessen & Sons, Inc. (CSI) is a family-owned and operated traffic control and pavement marking company based in Kechi, KS. CSI is fast-growing and works tirelessly to improve and increase our capacity to better serve our customers and employees. We are seeking a Payroll/Accounting Administrator to join our team. This role will support both the HR and accounting departments. The ideal candidate will assist in processing weekly payroll, weekly certified payroll, employee file management, fleet fuel card reconciliation, and general accounts payable entry amongst other payroll related items.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process weekly payroll
- Assist with Certified Payroll reporting
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records
- Assist in various HR functions such as benefits administration and compliance
- Process monthly fleet fuel card reconciliation
- Enter weekly/biweekly general account payable invoices
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all HR and payroll processes
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
