For our American Commercial Subsidiary, we are looking for a Sales Manager - West Coast.
Purpose of the role:
The West Coast Sales Manager will drive the growth and development of Cimbali Group’s portfolio of professional coffee machines and solutions within the assigned territory. The role involves building and strengthening relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts while ensuring sales targets and market share objectives are achieved.
The position requires a strategic, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the coffee machines industry, capable of identifying opportunities, developing effective sales plans, and representing the Cimbali Group's commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand presence and positioning of La Cimbali, Faema, and Casadio, across the region, fostering a culture of collaboration and long-term partnerships.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the West Coast region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, resellers, and key accounts in the HoReCa, specialty coffee, and foodservice sectors
- Conduct regular sales visits to strengthen relationships and provide product training and support to partners and customers
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close contracts, pricing agreements, and partnerships
- Monitor client performance and provide tailored solutions to drive their success
- Collaborate with the HQ marketing team to promote Cimbali Group brands (La Cimbali, Faema, and Casadio) and enhance their presence at regional events, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and emerging trends, to inform sales strategies and product positioning
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 5 years of proven sales experience in the coffee industry or related sectors (food service equipment, hospitality, HoReCa)
- Strong knowledge of the specialty and coffee machines industry and familiarity with professional espresso machines
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Highly organized and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the West Coast region and occasionally internationally
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for coffee and quality equipment
- Strong team player capable of working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
