Position Title: HR Assistant

Anticipated Start Date: June 2, 2025
End Date: August 8, 2025
Hours per Week: 24 hours
Business/Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (½ hour unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
General Responsibilities, Tasks, and Projects

Assist with data entry and maintaining HR records

Support HR staff with special projects and research assignments
-
File and organize both physical and digital employee documents
-
Assist in coordinating summer youth programs and activities
-
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and sorting mail
-
Help update employee information and verify record accuracy
-
Maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering supplies
-
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director
Candidate Requirements
-
Must be between the ages of 18 and 20
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds
Dress Code
Employees are expected to maintain a business casual appearance. Acceptable attire includes:

Slacks, khakis, collared shirts, blouses, and closed-toe shoes
