Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Training Specialist at Class Act Federal Credit Union. The Training Specialist will be responsible for communication, training and development, instructional design, and customer service. The role will involve designing and delivering training programs, developing instructional materials, providing support and guidance to employees, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Symitar (Episys) is strongly desired
- Experience in training and development
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
