Company Description

Class Act Federal Credit Union was established in 1954 to serve the personal finance needs of JCPS teachers and other school employees in Louisville, KY. Over the years, the credit union has expanded its membership to include public and private school employees in the Metro Louisville area, as well as the University of Louisville. As a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative, Class Act's mission is to serve the best interests of its member-owners.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Training Specialist at Class Act Federal Credit Union. The Training Specialist will be responsible for communication, training and development, instructional design, and customer service. The role will involve designing and delivering training programs, developing instructional materials, providing support and guidance to employees, and ensuring excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Symitar (Episys) is strongly desired
  • Experience in training and development
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field


Excellent benefits package including 120 hours of PTO in Year 1; increasing to 160 hours of PTO in Year 2.


13 paid holidays per year (including birthday, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.)
