What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Manager/Project Coordinator position at Clayton Homes of Lebanon?
Service Manager needed for high volume manufactured home dealership. Must maintain excellence in customer service and dealing with resolutions, communication with manufacturers, and contractors. Duties include but not limited to customer first, and final visual inspections, ordering and maintaining parts, factory bill backs, performing initial round of service, emergency service, scheduling for follow up service, communication with customer in setting proper expectations and delivering upon them, keeping sales center in top condition and following audit procedures for display homes.
