What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Clearfield County Government- EMA/911 Department?
Under direct supervision position will assist department by performing administrative support work. Duties include greeting public, answering phone calls, problem solving, opening and distributing mail, processing reports, office correspondence, purchasing/ordering handling bills/invoices utilizing, emails, budget transfers, shipping/handling, stocking/distribution, maintaining office equipment and supplies and general office duties. Requires keen attention to detail, self motivator, with excellent communication skills. Working proficiency in MS office,
Ability to attend necessary FEMA/PEMA Trainings as required.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
