Clearwater Properties is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Operations Leader who will oversee and optimize the daily operations of our real estate brokerage. This leadership role involves managing administrative staff, implementing efficient processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the growth and development of our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business operations, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in shaping long-term operational strategies, setting goals and budgets, and evaluating the organization's overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with our core values and ethical standards.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with our support team to lead operations, strategize, and implement innovative solutions.
- Growth Initiatives: Drive company growth by enhancing client value and increasing net revenues through innovation, agent recruitment and retention, marketing optimization, market expansion, and acquisitions.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a high level of professionalism and personal conduct consistent with your leadership role
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field with relevant work experience.
- OR proven experience in business operations, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Direct experience with paid digital and social advertising, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent writing skills required. (including grammar and writing for brevity)
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of best practices for social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Multi-media experience preferred, especially proficiency with Adobe CC for design, publishing, web, and audio-visual production tools.
- Obtain Montana State Real Estate License
- Ability to analyze financial results, budgets, and projections, optimizing for best financial results.
- Ability to lead personnel and guide Clearwater through Human Resource channels.
- Ability to resolve difficult transactional or personnel situations.
- Excellent multitasking skills/time-management skills.
- Critical thinker with problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
