Clem J. Butsch General Insurance, Inc. is looking to hire! We are seeking a person who can multitask, is well organized with attention to detail, excellent communication skills and has an upbeat attitude. We are looking for a long-term, part-time employee who will have the opportunity to grow with the agency.
**The new employee will have to take the appropriate insurance agent licensing classes and pass the state licensing test. Employer will arrange and pay for the classes, and test.**
We understand that training is vital to this and any new position one takes on. We also understand that a new employee may not know much about a new position out of the gate and needs time to learn.
Tasks include: Answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, data entry, taking payments, assisting personal lines insurance CSR, and performing other office tasks normal to an insurance agency.
Responsibilities:

Personal Lines CSR Support Including:
- Claims Filing and Follow Up
- Change Requests/Endorsements
- Company Download System Filing and Data Entry
Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
