Job Summary: As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing vehicle titles and registration documents. Key Responsibilities:
- Title Processing: Prepare and process vehicle title applications, transfers, and registrations in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all necessary documents are accurately completed, filed, and maintained in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with title inquiries, providing information on title status, registration, and necessary paperwork.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and finance departments to gather required information and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Error Resolution: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to titles and registrations, working with appropriate parties to correct them.
