Closinglock was founded in 2017 by Andy White, CEO, and his wife, Abigail White. The company is headquartered in Austin, TX, with an office in downtown Austin. Today the company has grown to 60 employees across product & engineering, sales, partnerships, customer success, marketing, and finance.

About The Job

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale our fast growing R&D team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen and a passion for tech. You have a desire to build out processes, deliver a top notch candidate experience, and have a passion for connecting people to opportunities. You work well in ambiguity and enjoy being on a small, hardworking team.

Job Requirements

• 4 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS company or technical agency.
• Proven track record in sourcing Backend and Frontend Engineering candidates with modern web and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, languages, and frameworks and the ability to speak technical acumen with candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Ability to handle 6 - 10 open requisitions at a time.
• Knack for scheduling and managing multiple calendars.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excitement for onsite work 5 days a week, and the ability to meet and greet candidates in person for onsite interviews.
  
  

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
