What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at CognITek Group?
We have a great contract (hybrid, at least 6 months) opportunity for a strong Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of a new membership program for a high-growth $1B Residential Services company. The Project Manager will work with key steak holders and other resources to ensure seamless implementation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive project roadmap, timelines, and deliverables for the membership rollout.
- Define clear goals and success metrics aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Identify and allocate resources required for implementation.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to align efforts and ensure project success.
- Act as the central point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and coordination.
Program Design and Development:
- Partner with stakeholders to refine membership program features, pricing, and value propositions.
- Work closely with marketing to develop promotional strategies and materials for customer engagement.
- Ensure operational workflows and systems are in place to support program delivery.
Implementation and Execution:
- Lead the deployment of the membership program across all relevant regions or branches.
- Oversee the integration of necessary technology solutions (e.g., CRM systems, payment platforms).
- Establish processes for tracking membership enrollments, renewals, and overall performance.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them proactively.
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the rollout.
Stakeholder Reporting and Updates:
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and next steps.
- Deliver post-launch analysis, including insights on program performance and areas for improvement.
Post-Rollout Optimization:
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the membership experience.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Establish ongoing processes for program maintenance and updates.
