Develops and oversees implementation and achievement of business objectives; provides positive leadership, strategic direction, and vision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes strategic and financial goals and objectives; leads management team in implementation and achievement of these goals.
- Defines and builds successful management team committed to the business objectives; instills excitement, mission, and motivation in management team.
- Builds creative and effective sales, marketing, and public relations programs for company’s products.
- Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Oversees the company’s financial planning and controls; oversees preparation and maintenance of all operating and capital budgets.
- Reviews and analyzes operational reports to ensure company is achieving goals and objectives; develops and implements corrective measures as required.
- Seeks feedback from management team to analyze internal workflows and organizational development and continually develop improvements; ensures communication and information flow throughout the organization is efficiently managed to provide all employees and managers with current, pertinent, job-related information.
- Prepares all required reports and correspondence.
- Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, develops and mentors management team; oversees establishment of effective schedules and workflow.
- Assigns objectives and monitors quality of work; assures management team conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
- Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of management team; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
- Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly supervises some employees within all department(s).
- Indirectly supervises all employees within all department(s).
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Six to eight years related experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks
