SUMMARY:

Develops and oversees implementation and achievement of business objectives; provides positive leadership, strategic direction, and vision.

Requirements:


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishes strategic and financial goals and objectives; leads management team in implementation and achievement of these goals.
  • Defines and builds successful management team committed to the business objectives; instills excitement, mission, and motivation in management team.
  • Builds creative and effective sales, marketing, and public relations programs for company’s products.
  • Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Oversees the company’s financial planning and controls; oversees preparation and maintenance of all operating and capital budgets.
  • Reviews and analyzes operational reports to ensure company is achieving goals and objectives; develops and implements corrective measures as required.
  • Seeks feedback from management team to analyze internal workflows and organizational development and continually develop improvements; ensures communication and information flow throughout the organization is efficiently managed to provide all employees and managers with current, pertinent, job-related information.
  • Prepares all required reports and correspondence.
  • Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, develops and mentors management team; oversees establishment of effective schedules and workflow.
  • Assigns objectives and monitors quality of work; assures management team conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of management team; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
  • Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly supervises some employees within all department(s).
  • Indirectly supervises all employees within all department(s).
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Six to eight years related experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing

  • Proficient on Microsoft Office programs
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
