As a Director Of Finance, you will;
- Work closely with the Chief Executive Director (CEO) and the senior management team to lead the financial oversight of the agency.
- Develop budgets, policies, procedures, internal controls, and track the financial performance of the agency.
- Supervise assigned finance staff and direct the functions within the department.
- Oversee contract/leases, risk management and quality assurance efforts.
- Ensure the timely submission of internal and external reporting; support the Finance Committee of the Board with their fiduciary responsibilities.
- Support the strategic planning activities of the agency.
- Collaborate with the senior administrative team to ensure regulatory compliance with numerous local, state and federal funding sources.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certifications preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, including experience as a Finance Director, CFO or similar role
- Strong understanding of nonprofit financial management, including fund accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience developing and managing complex budgets, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements relevant to nonprofit organizations and GAAP Standards.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and high proficiency with spreadsheets, pivot tables and databases.
- Prior experience working in a Community Action Agency.
