The Organisational Development ("OD") Chapter Area enhances organisational effectiveness and culture through our people experiences, processes and systems.
We work across the Group to deeply understand our peoples’ lived experience and to create the change required to enable them to deliver our business strategy and purpose.
Do work that matters:
As an OD Specialist in our OD Chapter Area, you'll support the design and development, implementation, and enhancement of people experiences, processes and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Apply a human-centred approach to understand and solve problems using data and insights.
- Create impactful and innovative people experience solutions that address business needs, risks and future growth areas.
- Develop an understanding of key business drivers influencing our people experiences and collaborate with stakeholders to adapt solutions as needs change.
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of solutions we develop to ensure continuous improvement.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have HR or Consulting experience and are adept in using systems thinking, human-centred design, and other problem-solving methodologies;
- Are proficient in using critical thinking and data analysis and insights to get to the root cause of problems and identify recommendations;
- Have experience in a specialised area (Culture, Leadership, People Listening, Talent and / or Capability) and are looking to gain breadth across OD.
- Familiarity working within matrix structures and agile ways of working would be advantageous.
