Community Health Alliance is looking for full-time Human Resources Coordinator. This is a full-time, in-person position working Monday through Friday at our office location. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and support our organizational goals on-site.
We operate six convenient locations throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more.
Job Description: The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by managing HRIS administration, onboarding processes, and day-to-day HR operations. This position ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, internal policies, and confidentiality standards while fostering a positive employee experience. The HR Coordinator effectively handles multiple projects, resolves issues, and identifies process improvements, working collaboratively with diverse teams to support organizational goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to resolve problems logically, exercise sound judgment, and recommend process improvements.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, federal and state employment laws, including I-9; ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Education and Experience:
- 2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and database management.
