With new ownership set to close within weeks, we are seeking a candidate ready to work hard and engage at every level, following the retirement of our trusted HR leader, leaving "big shoes" to fill. We are in search of a hands-on, seasoned HR professional who can dive into the details to ensure effective and efficient execution of all tactics. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Human Resources will collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive HR structure and key business strategies with a strong sense of urgency.
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a comprehensive HR background, ideally from a $200m multi-site, manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will seamlessly step into these "big shoes," bringing demonstrated experience in leading full-cycle HR functions, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, and navigating complex organizational challenges with agility.
