IT Manager

• Infrastructure focused – someone who has a general breadth of knowledge; Win 10, Server Admin, networking (routers/switches), desktop, helpdesk, VOIP. They won’t necessarily be doing the technical work in this role, but they need to be able to speak to it, advise on it, and delegate their team.
• Supervises all aspects of the Information Technology Department and assigned employees. Duties include, but are not limited to, supervising employees to ensure Information Systems and telecommunications functions are performed timely, securely, and accurately and members receive prompt, efficient and high-quality service through all electronic and alternative delivery
• Responsible for the efficient operation of the Information Technology
• Supervises, trains, motivates, recognizes and completes timely Performance Evaluations for Information Technology Department employees and executes them. Supervises day-to-day, month-end and year-end processing, ensures that all processes are preformed timely and accurately.

• Provides support to members and employees in the implementation of new technology; the ongoing development, maintenance and monitoring of systems: use of software and hardware and departmental day to day operations.

What we are looking for:

• 
  Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalency in work experience.
• Must have at least four (4) years of experience in Information Technology, or related field.
• Must have three (3) years supervisory experience.
• Must have experience in technical planning and project management.
• Must have working knowledge of Windows 10, Server administration, SAN, the Internet, ATM network and telephone system BOIP.
