Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through phone, email, or chat support channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, or live chat inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures to provide the best possible support.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall customer service goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
