What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Superintendent position at Cook Builders?
Cook Builders is hiring superintendents to manage the construction of trampoline parks for kids. the projects are in englewood and aurara The projects are tenant improvements of approximately 40,000 square feet. after Denver area is complete we have many more throughout the country.
1. Coordinating: Overseeing and coordinating all activities on the site according to the project's schedule and blueprints. This includes coordinating subcontractors and providing on-site direction when preparing the construction site.
2. Managing: Managing the construction crew, including overseeing other supervisors, such as foremen. They also manage project schedules and monitor the progress of construction workers.
3. Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring that all safety, health, and quality standards are met. This includes performing quality control and safety checks.
4. Providing Resources: Ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available. This may include purchasing equipment and materials.
5. Selecting Workers: Conducting interviews and selecting the workers who will be on the job site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
