Short Description
- Fosters an environment of service excellence.
- The Compensation Specialist assists in the administration of Cooper University Health Care’s compensation programs and policies.
- Compiles and analyzes market data, conducts job evaluations and equity / market analyses.
- Participates in salary surveys and monitors market trends.
- Monitors pay practices for accuracy and compliance.
- Adheres to Federal and New Jersey state labor laws and practices.
Experience Required
Experienced in providing excellent customer service
Experience with Microsoft Office software, principally advanced Excel functions, required.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
Special Requirements
Must possess excellent analytical, verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information .
Must be flexible, adaptable and dependable.
Knowledgeable in Federal and State Labor Laws.
