Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes, patient satisfaction, and quality of care
- Collaborate with department directors to develop and propose yearly budgets for Board approval and ensure that all healthcare services meet budget expectations
- Foster a culture of high performance and accountability, coaching and developing directors to promote teamwork and collaboration
- Represent CRNA at regional, state, and national meetings of healthcare agencies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- At least five years of experience in healthcare, including team leadership and direct supervision
- Strong financial, strategic planning, and business development experience
- Knowledge of tribal health organizations and Federally Qualified Health Centers
