Chief Operations Officer - Copper River Valley

Copper River Native Association is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to the people of the Copper River Valley region. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our healthcare operations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes, patient satisfaction, and quality of care
• Collaborate with department directors to develop and propose yearly budgets for Board approval and ensure that all healthcare services meet budget expectations
• Foster a culture of high performance and accountability, coaching and developing directors to promote teamwork and collaboration
• Represent CRNA at regional, state, and national meetings of healthcare agencies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• At least five years of experience in healthcare, including team leadership and direct supervision
• Strong financial, strategic planning, and business development experience
• Knowledge of tribal health organizations and Federally Qualified Health Centers
