Job Description

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant Office Manager to join our team! We are looking for someone who has a background in the construction industry, knowledgeable of construction systems and is ready to join a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contracts for projects and send for online signature
  • Send onboarding documents to new employees via docusign
  • Perform QA/QC for onboarding documents for subcontractors such as financial statements, Certificate of Insurance, W9, ACH/Wire information and more
  • Manage company and project digital records on online systems
  • Plan and maintain work facilities such as uniform, office supplies, small tools and the shop
  • Plan and maintain work resources- truck fleet, trailers and other equipment
  • Provide administrative assistance to Executive
  • Perform quality control on billing documents from subcontractors and billing documents for clients

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Experience in construction industry, knowledge of construction industry
  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
