Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Career Coach at Core Career Advisors, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals in their journey toward career advancement and success in the recruitment industry. You will work closely with clients to identify their career objectives, develop personalized strategies, and provide actionable insights to help them secure employment opportunities and thrive in their roles.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their career goals, strengths, and areas for development.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in resume writing, cover letter crafting, and LinkedIn profile optimization tailored to the recruitment industry.
  • Offer insights into effective job search strategies, including networking techniques, online job board utilization, and direct outreach to employers.
  • Assist clients in preparing for interviews by conducting mock interviews, offering constructive feedback, and providing tips for showcasing their skills and experience effectively.
  • Deliver personalized coaching on negotiation tactics, salary expectations, and contract terms to help clients secure favorable employment offers.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the recruitment industry to provide up-to-date advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with other career coaches and internal teams to continuously improve coaching methodologies and service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Career Coach) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience in executive-level roles.
  • Proven experience in the recruitment industry, preferably as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or HR professional, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Previous experience in career coaching, counseling, or advising, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and empower individuals to achieve their career goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with career coaching tools and resources.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
