Job Description
- Support key projects and initiatives for the Client Experience team, ensuring deliverables are met on time and with quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of CoreLogic’s product portfolio.
- Assist with tracking project milestones, managing deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts, offering fresh perspectives on client-facing processes.
- Gain exposure to cross-functional teams, providing a well-rounded understanding of CoreLogic’s business operations.
- Current Student: Must be on track to graduate in 2025.
- Passion for Clients: A people-first mindset and a desire to enhance the client experience.
- Project Management Enthusiast: Strong interest in project management with a knack for staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Highly Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technical Skills: Basic skills in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
