As a Controlled Substance Site Coordinator, you will be working side by side with our Operations Supervisor and Director of Operations. This is a key role as you will have direct contact with our clients while working to support the needs of various groups that manage and lead CES.
The Controlled Substance Site Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations.
This includes assisting with DEA transaction documents, operations support, security, compliance, and environmental audits. Controlled Substance Site Coordinator will be expected to become familiar with all DEA site protocols, compile supporting documents for accounting, invoice distribution, customer queries, and material handling. This position performs reception duties including managing internal and external mail distribution, filing, and providing administrative support to operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service: client communications, supporting client request, working with operations.
Accounting Support: create sales orders in NetSuite, create and send out monthly invoices, generate purchase orders
Operations Support: help operations offload and receive inventory daily, witness material destruction.
Compliance Documentation: DEA documents, inventory, etc.
Other Duties: managing outgoing/incoming mail, filing, providing administrative support
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED preferred
3-4 years of experience preferred
MS Outlook experience required
Experience with hand tools, hand truck, and forklifts preferred
