Job Summary
CoxHealth, a leading healthcare system serving 25 counties in Missouri, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our organization.
The Vice President of Operations provides strategic leadership, direction, and ongoing support for all aspects for the medical system service lines of Oncology, Women’s, Medicine Specialties, and Research. This includes responsibility for developing and implementing overall service line strategy, including growth, development, provider & staff engagement, financial performance, budget planning, contracting with vendors & physicians, and physician & APP compensation development. This leader will have a dyad reporting relationship with the Service Line Medical Directors (physician leader) along with the physicians & Advanced Practice Providers of the service line. The Vice President of Operations is the primary linkage to support systems such as CoxHealth Hospitals, IT, Finance, Nursing, Marketing, or Supply Chain.

Education
Required: Master's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Experience
Required: At least 5 years’ leadership experience.
