Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Partner with institutional leaders to represent Workday functionality. Drive further adoption and enhancement of Workday throughout the University. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Group manager of multiple Workday functions within the workday support vertical. Monitor and balance the work load of the Workday support team. Measure and respond to team utilization and responsible for customer support and implementation of key Workday items from the overall application product development plan. Horizontal integration into the University serving as liaison to external leaders and business managers for Workday Adoption. Represent the Workday Support team in special University projects requiring cross platform Collaboration. Accountable for the delivery of the product enhancement and throughput associated with system changes. Collaborate with Organizational Change Management team to promote adoption of the Workday application through change management principles, communication and training of key stakeholders/user community. Point of escalation for system maintenance with complex issue/configuration support/enhancements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Workday Pro Certification(s). Effective ability to prioritize. Effective Customer Service skills. Effective presentation skills. Effective problem solving & root cause analysis skills. Effective ability to assess downstream impacts. Demonstrated business fluency. Ability to understand tactical approaches. Ability to be accountable for driving initiatives. Required Qualifications Two years Workday experience with four years leadership experience or equivalent enterprise resource planning experience. Grade G15 Salary Range $82,500.00 - $145,200.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
