- Develop and implement improved AP processes and workflows—there’s plenty of room for optimization
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports; guide them through change and challenge the status quo
- Manage clean-up and transformation projects across systems and processes
- Support and drive the implementation of NetSuite and transition to Tapalti for AP
- Analyze AP data, trends, and performance to drive decisions in a high-volume environment
- Proven experience as an AP Supervisor (or someone ready for the next step, with the awareness that this role is fast-moving and hands-on)
- Experience in system implementations, especially ERP transitions
- Comfortable operating in high-volume AP environments
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- High energy, ownership mentality, and a desire to make a real impact
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Tapalti
- Background in change management or leading teams through transitions
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
